Legal Manager

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Manager to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive legal support for our operations. This role will play a key part in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving strategic initiatives forward.

 

Responsibilities

To help deliver our strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition activities. This will include developing and implementing strategies and managing post-acquisition integration.
  • Analyze the latest government policies and resolutions to support companies in making investment decisions for new projects.
  • Supervise and carry out legal procedures according to the provisions of law: Control and implement legal work of assigned projects with optimal costs and in accordance with the Company's policies (management, appraisal procedures, agreements...)
  • Manage and advise on all corporate legal matters, including entity formation and governance, M&A transactions, contracts, and investment.
  • Review and draft legal documents, such as board resolutions, shareholder agreements.
  • Provide guidance on corporate compliance matters.
  • Support other subsidiaries on corporate legal matters.

Skills & Experiences

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Experience in planning and independently implementing project legal work from the beginning to the end of the project.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies to complex situations
  • Good communication and written skills in English (and Vietnamese

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • Lawyer License or Lawyer Qualification
